This Software, for the Marklin Delta compatible Decoder, was originally Written By Bo Braendstrup, but have been rewritten a lot by us both , to fit the Hardware. I think you should visit his Home Page, and see what else he had made.

    Use this file Decoder1.hex to program the Pic. [image] (20-2-1999)

    HIGHLIGTS: The Decoder has 2 outputs for light and 4 function output for additional purposes such as smoke generator,sound and Telex. 1 function is the old forward function and F1, The 2 function are the old rewerse function and F2, the last to is F3 and F4. The decoder is "ontrack" Program able (while running). Decoder Address , can be "ontrack" programmed. Delays in the speed functions like Marklin's, can be "ontrack" programmed. The speed curve can be "ontrack" programmed. Light behavior can be "ontrack" programmed. F4 behavior can be "ontrack" programmed.(if it controls F4 output or switches Delay on/off)

    The decoder has preprogrammed Delays in the speed functions like Marklin's (delayed speed up and delayed slow down). And additional 128 internal speed steps, that's an improvement from the known 15.


    As a new thing the address circuit on the decoder has been disabled, since is is "ontrack" address able, but they have not to be removed.

    KNOWN ERRORS: The Last test showed no errors.

F3 behavior can be "ontrack" programmed.(if it controls F3 output or switches Smoke on/off) F4 behavior can be "ontrack" programmed.(if it controls F4 output or switches Delay on/off) Pic lifetime changed from about 5 year to 50-100 year, but a change in components is needed.

    NEW !!!! 2 Track version, for those who need the posibility to run 2 track trains.

    Be awere of that version 3 need some changes in the components , or else it cant save speed when it losses power.

    HIGHLIGTS: The Master controller can controll up to 100 trains at the same time, and up to 20 Master controllers can be connected to each other at the same time. The master controller can control the Old func + F1 to F4, it have a keypad to controlle the adress on the trains + func + reverse + F1 to F4.

    KNOWN ERRORS: Only adress 0-63 are saved for the time beeing, We are working on it.

    HIGHLIGHTS: Same as Master controller ver 2, but with 28 speed step control.

    HIGHLIGTS: The Keyboard controller can controll up to 16 Turnout's or 32 Signals at the same time, and up to 20 Turnout/signal controllers can be connected to each other at the same time.
